Long-distance callout fee

• If your location is beyond 15 miles from the service provider's main location, our partner may ask you for a long-distance callout fee
• Fee is simply calculated by the additional time and cost of travel such as fuel needed to get your place and back 
• Payment of long-distance can be made online, through our mobile POS, or in cash upon a visit to your location 

Premium surcharge fee for Luxury Cars

• Luxury vehicles are premium brands such as Audi, BMW, or Mercedes-Benz as well as sports and supercar brands such as Ferrari, Porsche, or Lamborghini
• Luxury vehicles require highly trained, knowledge, and expertise to work the interior trim removal, assembly, and electrical
• A premium surcharge on labor is needed to professionally work on luxury cars, especially with a new car factory warranty
• Please kindly give us a call if you are uncertain whether your vehicle classifies as a luxury car or not
• Payment of premium surcharge can be made online, through our mobile POS, or in cash upon a visit to your location
